Community Planting Day at John Oxley Reserve

Get your hands dirty planting native seedlings to cool your community and create wildlife habitat!

The whole family is welcome. Refreshments and all equipment will be provided but BYO sensible shoes and dress for the weather.

Greening Australia and Camden Council are working together to restore habitat and reduce urban heat.

Thanks to Greening Australia’s partnership with Nature’s Own to bring nature back to urban spaces, we’ll be planting a meadow full of native wildflowers and grasses for pollinators!

It’s all about creating cooler, healthier, wilder open spaces that connect people with nature.
