Demand for native seeds is rapidly increasing across Australia to support restoration through Nature-based Solutions.

With seed banks in various locations across Australia, and as the owner of one of Australia’s largest and most established seed merchants, Nindethana, we are in a unique position to be able to provide a diverse range of high quality native seed for a wide variety of restoration projects.

Greening Australia provides seed supply and advice to hundreds of commercial clients, community groups and environmental restoration projects.

Australian Seed Collector Network

We are playing a lead role in catalysing a national network of seed collectors to revitalise the native seed sector and meet the growing demand for restoration.

Efforts to heal Country cannot succeed without leadership from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, so Greening Australia is working together with First Nations Peoples to combine skills and knowledge and create unique economic and enterprise opportunities in the native seed sector.

Whether you are an organisation with high seed demand, or wish to invest in this impactful industry, we need support to build this national network and underpin Nature-based Solutions.
