Michelle brings extensive experience leading people and culture functions in complex national organisations, with a strong focus on organisational design, workforce capability, safety leadership and creating high performing, values driven cultures. Before joining Greening Australia, Michelle led People Safety and Culture at Bush Heritage Australia, where she delivered major initiatives across remuneration, leadership development, wellbeing and volunteer engagement.

In her role as Executive Director People Safety Culture at Greening Australia, Michelle is committed to building a safe, inclusive and scaleable organisation that supports the long-term success of Greening Australia’s restoration goals.

She is based in Melbourne and works nationally.
