Martin joined Greening Australia in February 2022 and leads the People & Culture team. In a career spanning more than 18 years, Martin has extensive experience in driving change and developing and implementing best practice people strategies. He has worked across various sectors including contact centres, professional services and education.

Martin holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, is an accredited organisational coach and a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute.
