Arianne is a commercial lawyer practicing in both the private and the public sectors, with a background in property, agribusiness, government (transport) and financial services sectors. She has worked in a wide range of complex and highly regulated industries and has a strong skill set in corporate governance and risk management.

Joining the national board of Greening Australia in 2012, Arianne currently chairs the Governance Committee. Previous senior appointments include Company Secretary and General Counsel for VicTrack. She is a non-executive director of Melbourne Polytechnic, The Alpine Resorts Coordinating Council and the Architects Registration Board of Victoria.
