Arbor Day Planting along the River Torrens

Join us for a community event to help plant 3,000 native seedlings that will contribute to the long-term restoration project to improve biodiversity and water quality along the River Torrens – Karrawirra Parri.

Greening Australia, The City of West Torrens and Green Adelaide’s Urban River Torrens Recovery Project have collaborated to remove invasive weeds across the site. Now we’re inviting the community to be involved in planting native seedlings!

There will be a free BBQ and activities for volunteers on the day. Remember to bring your own gloves and trowel.
