Terms and conditions 

• By entering this prize draw, you agree to receive further communications from Greening Australia.
• Making a donation during the promotional period and thereby entering the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The promotion will be conducted between 5/06/25 at 9:00 AEST and 5/06/25 at 23:59 AEST (promotion period).
• By donating to Greening Australia during the promotion period, you will go into the draw to win one of five merchandise packs.
• Entries via donation must be submitted on the designated donation web page

 Entry Restrictions 

• Entrants must be 18 years or older at the date of entry 
• Entrants must be based in Australia 
• Entrants must provide a valid email address  
• Entries may only be submitted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions 
• No employee of Greening Australia or its subsidiaries is entitled to enter 

When to enter 

• The promotion will be conducted between 05/06/25 at 00:00 AEST and 05/06/25 at 23:59 AEST (promotion period) 
• Five entrants will be drawn at the conclusion of the promotion period. To be included in the draw, entries must be received within this timeframe.
• The time of entry will be the time the entry is received by Greening Australia 

How to enter 

• Entrants must make an online donation to Greening Australia via the designated donation webpage to enter.
• Entries will not be accepted via any other means.
• Entries are not restricted – entrants may donate multiple times, provided each donation is made within the Promotion Period.

Determining the winner 

• To be eligible, entrants must have submitted a valid entry as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
• Five winners will be selected by random draw conducted by Greening Australia at its registered office on 07/06/25 at 13:00 AEST.
• Winners will be notified within two business days of the draw via email, and their names will be published on the Greening Australia website for 30 days.
• If a winner does not claim their prize within one month of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected.

Prize 

• The five prizes are Greening Australia merchandise packs, each containing at least five different items.
• Merchandise packs may vary; contents are not guaranteed to be identical.
• Each entrant may win a maximum of one merchandise pack.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other alternatives.
• Use of the products is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Once delivered, the prize is no longer the responsibility of Greening Australia.

Your personal information is being collected by Greening Australia for the purposes of administering the prize draw, including notification of results, delivery of the prize, for delivery of The Leaf newsletter and other relevant communications, and for improving our marketing communications.
