Karen is an experienced commercial lawyer, with particular expertise in property, contract and legal and regulatory compliance. Karen holds degrees in Science and Laws (Honours) from Monash University. She commenced her career in private practice at Herbert Geer & Rundle, now Thomson Geer, before pursuing commercial in-house counsel roles. Her in-house experience spans over 20 years across various sectors including financial services, media and entertainment and environment.
