Greening Australia Group is implementing Eftsure software solution to improve security measures. Suppliers who undertake business with an entity within the Greening Australia Group should expect to receive an email and/or phone call from an organisation called Eftsure, inviting you to confirm your details with them – this will include your business name, ABN, and bank account details.

What is Eftsure? 

Eftsure is an independent, real-time, continuous controls monitoring system designed to manage supplier onboarding and data management. Supplier data provided during onboarding is verified by Eftsure to ensure that only legitimate information is entered into our finance system.

 

Eftsure guidance for new suppliers

All suppliers of goods and services to the Group are now required to provide information to Eftsure for independent verification before conducting business and/or receiving payment via an electronic funds transfer (EFT).

 

Step 1:

Your GA representative will contact you directly to request information, including your email address for verification

 

Step 2:

As part of the onboarding process, you will then receive an email invitation from Eftsure asking you to register your details as a new supplier, including your:

  • ABN
  • company name
  • address
  • email
  • bank account details.

 

Step 3:

You’ll have two options to validate your details:

  • Option A – Online Verification: Select your financial institution from the dropdown list and follow the prompts to log in to your bank to through the system. The underlying financial system is leveraged to securely verify your information though the Eftsure Bank Link (Yodlee). Your credentials are not seen or stored by anyone at Eftsure, Yodlee or Greening Australia Group.
  •  Option B – Phone verification: You can log in to Eftsure and manually enter the BSB, account number and account name.  This may be followed by a phone verification from one of Eftsure’ s verification analyst.

 

If there are any issues with the registration under any option, you will receive a call from an Eftsure team member (usually within 48 hours) to check your information.

 

You will receive a confirmation email once your details are verified.
