Terms and conditions

  • By entering this competition you agree to receive further communications from Greening Australia
  • Entry to the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions
  • The promotion will be conducted between 19/06/26 at 8:00 AEST and 30/06/26 at 23:59 AEST (Promotion Period)
  • This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
  • Entries must be submitted via the donation form on the competition webpage at https://www.greeningaustralia.org.au/donate-eofy2026/

Entry restrictions

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older at the date of entry
  • Entrants must be based in Australia
  • Entrants must provide a valid email address
  • A donation of $50 or more is required to enter
  • Entries may only be submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions
  • No employee of Greening Australia, Nindethana Seed Company, or Canopy is entitled to enter

How to enter

  • During the Promotion Period, make a donation of $50 or more via the donation form at https://www.greeningaustralia.org.au/donate-for-eofy-2026/ and answer the entry question: “Which part of nature do you most want to see restored, and why?” in 50 words or fewer
  • A valid entry requires both a qualifying donation of $50 or more and a completed answer to the entry question
  • Entries will not be accepted via any other means
  • Entries are limited to one per person for the duration of the Promotion Period

Determining the winners

  • This is a game of skill. Entries will be judged on their merit. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
  • A panel of judges appointed by Greening Australia will assess each valid entry against the following criteria: connection to nature restoration, originality and creativity of expression, and how compelling or personal the response is
  • The five entries judged best against these criteria will each win a prize
  • Judging will take place at Greening Australia’s registered office at 3/349 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on Monday 6 July 2026 at 12:00 midday AEST
  • In the event of a tie, the tied entries will be re-judged by the panel to determine the winner. No element of chance will be used.
  • The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
  • Winners will be notified within two business days of being determined, via email. Winners’ names will also be posted on the Greening Australia website for 30 days.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within one month of being notified via email, they forfeit the prize and the next best entry will be selected as the winner

Prizes

  • There are five (5) prizes to be won
  • Each prize is a Gardening Prize Pack consisting of: 1 x $200 Nindethana Seed Company gift voucher (valid for 12 months from date of issue, redeemable at checkout at https://www.nindethana.net.au/), 1 x cooler esky, 1 x pair of gardening gloves, 1 x assorted native seed selection for the winner’s area TBD pending location, and 1 x pair of protective glasses
  • Total RRP per prize: $310
  • Total prize pool RRP: $1,550
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred
  • Prizes are subject to availability. Greening Australia reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Product use is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the manufacturer or supplier. Once a product has been provided, it is no longer the responsibility of Greening Australia.

Privacy

Your personal information is being collected by Greening Australia for the purposes of administering the competition, including notification of results and delivery of prizes, and for delivery of The Leaf newsletter and other relevant communications. Your personal information will only be used for these purposes, except that your entry response may also be used as set out in the Use of entries section below. Use of entries

By entering, you grant Greening Australia permission to reproduce, publish and use your entry response, together with your first name and state, in its marketing, fundraising and other communications, including on its website, in emails, and on its social media channels. Greening Australia will not publish your full name, contact details or donation amount.
