Clare Luehman

As CFO Clare leads the finance and IT teams providing strategy leadership and commercial acumen to support the Greening Australia vision.

Clare has more than 25 years of broad finance experience in business consulting and in executive roles in the energy, retail, manufacturing, and agri-business sectors, predominantly in ASX50 companies. She was the inaugural global GM Carbon and Sustainability for Incitec Pivot, where she implemented a RONA positive, risk-based sustainability strategy. Clare has also held multiple non-executive director roles in the not-for-profit sector focusing on education and the environment.

Clare has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Monash University, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ANZ) and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Clare has also completed an Executive Leadership Course at Melbourne Business School.

Clare has a deep understanding of environmental and social sustainability having grown up on a farm in North Western Victoria where her family planted shelterbelts and pursued science-based farming methods. She now lives in Melbourne and she still has chooks.
