Greening Australia is seeking a highly capable and energetic Operations Coordinator to support Restoration Operations across Victoria, Tasmania, Queensland, New South Wales and the ACT.

This is a pivotal role at the centre of our East Coast operations. You will bring structure to complexity, strengthen operational coordination and provide high quality executive and committee support to ensure our restoration programs are delivered smoothly and effectively.

About the Role

The Regional Operations Administration and Executive Support role provides centralised administrative support across Restoration Operations East Coast.

You will strengthen operational administration, improve coordination across multiple states and support the effective delivery of restoration programs.

In addition, you will provide structured executive and committee support, assist with Melbourne office coordination and offer cross functional administrative support as required. The role works collaboratively with operational leaders and executive stakeholders and operates within clear accountabilities.

This role is based full time in our Melbourne Collins Street office and requires daily in office presence to effectively support operational coordination and executive functions.

Key Activities

Operational Coordination

  • Support regional operational administration across multiple states
  • Coordinate reporting, documentation and workflow processes
  • Assist leaders with scheduling, tracking and follow up of key actions
  • Maintain accurate records and shared systems

Executive and Committee Support

  • Provide executive support including diary coordination and meeting preparation
  • Prepare agendas, briefing papers and professional meeting minutes
  • Track actions and support governance processes

Office and Cross Functional Support

  • Assist with Melbourne office coordination
  • Act as a central administrative contact point for East Coast operations
  • Support collaboration across operations, finance and people teams

About You

You are organised, proactive and confident working in a dynamic environment. You take pride in bringing clarity and structure to busy teams and you are comfortable supporting senior leaders.

You will bring

  • Demonstrated experience in senior administration or operations coordination
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills including minute taking
  • The ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism
  • High levels of discretion and sound judgement

Experience in operations, multi site environments or purpose driven organisations will be highly regarded.
