Location: Negotiable


Salary Range (Level 4): $61,000-$91,700 p.a + Super

We are looking for a motivated Land Access Coordinator to support the development of new large-scale reforestation carbon and other programs. The role will support the National Manager Land Access, general management and development of landholder relationships and regional partnerships and provide technical support to develop new environmental projects in priority regions across Australia to maximise outcomes for biodiversity, water quality and agricultural productivity.

About you

You will join our team as we scale up our capacity in large-scale reforestation programs.

You will ideally have:

  • Qualification and experience in property and valuations / project management administration.
  • Experience with Federal and State bodies and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in project financial reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, report writing and project management skills.
  • Experience in managing landholder agreements and commercial negotiations with landholders.
  • Experience in landowner engagement and land access in the agricultural /environmental sector or have extensive experience in a property orientated occupation
  • Experience in using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for presentation and data analysis.
  • Competency with full suite of Microsoft Office and PC literacy.
  • Current full driver’s licence.


Key areas of accountability and outcomes include:

  • support the engagement of new landholders and stakeholders in priority regions for largescale reforestation programs
  • Maintain the national land access database and reporting requirements
  • support in the negotiations of new landholder agreements
  • be responsible for maintaining regular communication with an existing portfolio of landholders across Australia including ensuring adherence to contracts, project plans, monitoring project performance and organising for payment to landholders
  • provide administrative support for the design and development of new large-scale reforestation programs in priority regions
  • other general duties as required by the National Land Access manager to support business operations
