Local Native Seed Supply Strategy for the Young District & Dananbilla-Illunie Range

This seed supply strategy focuses on Landcare groups in the Young district with the inclusion of the Dananbilla-Illunie Range to the east. The areas were chosen to complement existing plans and onground work that recognise the need to actively address tree decline, habitat connectivity, soil loss, water quality and salinity in the area.

Burra Royalla Fernleigh Park Landcare areas Local Native Seed Supply Strategy

This seed supply strategy focuses on Burra, Royalla and Fernleigh Park Landcare groups
covering approximately 550ha. These three NSW Landcare groups are located within the
upper Molonglo River catchment bordering the ACT southern boundary and approximately 30-
40km south of Queanbeyan.

Little River Landcare Group Local Native Seed Supply Strategy

This seed supply strategy focuses on the Little River Landcare group (LRLG). It will complement the groups focus on the protection and enhancement of remnant vegetation. The LRLG area comprises 320,000 ha, and is the entire Little River catchment, plus a small part to the east in the Bell River catchment (Curra Creek and an area near Eurimbla) and Toongi in the north.

Weddin Local Landscape Local Native Seed Supply Strategy

This seed supply strategy encompasses the local government area of Weddin Shire,
incorporating the upper sub-catchments of Weddin and Bland Creeks. Part of this strategy
area also falls within the Forbes Local Government Area. It has been included because of
project linkages with the establishment of the Weddin Community Plant Nursery and Weddin
Landcare Group.
